FPI Group AB acquires HM Elektro A/S

FPI Group AB has today completed the acquisition of HM Elektro A/S, a well-established Danish company within marine services, operating in Hanstholm with annual revenues of approximately DKK 20 million.

The acquisition marks the first add-on acquisition to Neptune, owned by FPI, and the combined offering and geographic reach of the companies create strong growth opportunities.

The current owners are reinvesting in Neptune while also continuing in their operational roles to further develop the already successful business.
