FPI Group AB Acquires Marine EL A/S and SeaMech A/S

FPI Group AB has completed the acquisition of Marine EL A/S and SeaMech A/S, two well-established Danish companies in the marine services sector. Both businesses will now join the Neptune group.

With combined annual revenues of approximately DKK 70 million and solid profitability, Marine EL and SeaMech are strong players in their respective markets. The current owners will remain as shareholders and continue in their operational roles. Together with FPI, the owners plan to build on the companies’ existing success while also pursuing a strategy of industry consolidation through targeted add-on acquisitions in what is today a highly fragmented market.
