FPI Group AB acquires Nordic Labtech AB

FPI Group AB has completed the acquisition of Nordic Labtech AB, a Swedish company with proprietary laboratory technology products. In connection with the transaction, the company’s CEO and founder will reinvest and continue in his current role.

Nordic Labtech AB develops solutions for controlled laboratory environments, with a particular focus on LAF (Laminar Air Flow) products, as well as a range of complementary and related laboratory equipment categories. The company’s products are used in research, the pharmaceutical industry, and healthcare. Nordic Labtech generates revenues of approximately SEK 100 million and is characterized by strong profitability, high technical expertise, and customer-focused product development.

FPI views the acquisition as the first step in a long-term ambition to build a leading laboratory technology cluster. As the new majority owner, FPI will support the company through strategic initiatives and create the conditions for continued growth, including gradual international expansion and further development of the offering within LAF and adjacent laboratory solutions.
