FPI Group AB acquires SweProd Graphics AB

FPI Group AB has today completed the acquisition of SweProd Graphics AB, a well-established player offering industrial graphics.

The company generates approximately SEK 120 million in revenue with strong profitability. The current owner remains as minority shareholders and continue to serve on the board. The goal is to jointly continue developing the well-managed company, as well as to contribute to consolidating a fragmented industry through add-on acquisitions.
